End User License Agreement (EULA) for MINDFIELD

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Vincent Ladouceur ("Licensor") for the use of the virtual reality narrative movie, MINDFIELD, including any associated media, documentation, or related materials.

By using MINDFIELD, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

1. License Grant

1.1 Scope of License: Licensor grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MINDFIELD for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

2.1 User Restrictions: User shall not:

a. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display MINDFIELD in whole or in part.

b. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MINDFIELD.

c. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

3.1 Intellectual Property: MINDFIELD and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Licensor or its licensors. This EULA does not grant User any rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

4.1 As-Is: MINDFIELD is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Liability: Licensor shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) arising out of the use or inability to use MINDFIELD.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination: Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if User fails to comply with its terms. Upon termination, User must cease all use of MINDFIELD and destroy all copies in their possession.

7. Governing Law

7.1 Jurisdiction: This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
